WENDY STANLEY
Certified Yoga Instructor
Wendy Stanley is a yoga teacher who believes that through yoga, you can develop inner calm, strengthen and relax your body, and find a more authentic way of living. She believes that yoga is for everyone, for all levels and ages. Wendy studied classic hatha yoga through the 200-hour teacher training program at Dragonfly Yoga Studio in Doylestown. She has been teaching yoga for five years and practicing yoga since 1997. Wendy also has a diploma in Fitness Leadership (Seneca College, Canada) and was formerly an ACE-certified and CPTN-certified Personal Trainer.
In her other life, Wendy spent 25 years working in Corporate Communications. She is currently a freelance writer and published her first novel on colonial America last year, called The Power to Deny. As a writer, Wendy holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Guelph (Canada) and a diploma in Journalism from Sheridan College (Canada).
Wendy and her husband and their two daughters moved to the U.S. from Canada in 2008. After living in Horsham for 12 years, Bethlehem, PA is now home
