Shana Baumgartner
Shana Baumgartner has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching yoga for 10 years. She completed a 500-hour certification in Vinyasa-style yoga and a 30-hour certification in Somatic Yoga.
Her yoga practice has evolved throughout the years to become more introspective and philosophical, with an emphasis on anxiety and stress reduction. Her teaching reflects this with creative sequences that draw on her knowledge of Yin, Somatic, Restorative, Hatha, Kripalu, and Vinyasa styles of yoga.
