Service Description
Online Option via Zoom. Pranayama and meditation are subtle yet powerful practices. The practice of pranayama in its many forms gives us the chance to consciously connect to prana (life force energy) using the breath, and to use breath to move prana through the body. By doing this we open and prepare the way to a meditative state. When we meditate we have the opportunity to connect to a greater oneness beyond ourselves, and to feel more connected to the wholeness of ourselves as we are now. It is this dual connection, the bridging of the gap between inner and outer worlds, that facilitates healing and happiness in our lives. Each class ends in a short savasana to give you time to savor the sweetness you cultivated. Instructed by Krissy Matthew
