Cancellation Policy

New Clients will be called to discuss requested appointment. A Health Intake Form is required at your first appointment and annually thereafter. Any incomplete information is subject to appointment cancellation. Payment is required in full to reserve your appointment. We request arriving no more or less than 5 minutes before your appointment. We welcome rescheduling your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Especially in the case of emergencies, if you are not feeling well or bodywork that could exacerbate a health condition (ie. fever, infectious disease, skin conditions, blood clotting disorders, Deep Vein Thrombosis -DVT, recent surgery or injury). Please call the office or therapist directly to reschedule or to discuss when is the right time to schedule pertaining to your health condition. You may change your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment call to make a change. Cancellation Policy: Full payment is required for the following situations- -Less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. (Unexpected sickness will be evaluated case by case) -No show or missed appointment. Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment, full payment is still required. Promotional Package Plans- Package Plans: These promotional plans are offered at discounted rates for the first year only. After one year, rates will increase to standard pricing, and you will be responsible for paying the difference. Prepaid Sessions: While prepaid sessions do not have an expiration date, a dormancy fee applies to inactive accounts. Beginning two years after the purchase date, one session per month will be deducted from your remaining balance as a dormancy fee for accounts with no activity.
