Service Description

This practice will benefit beginner/gentle searching students. The practice will include meticulous breakdowns of key yoga poses (asanas) and cultivation of mindful breathing. This class is for those who are new to yoga, want a slower paced class, or are looking for a more detailed experience of the practice. Class will incorporate times where poses flow one into another, and times of longer holds while certain elements of the pose are explored. The concept is that there is no one "perfect" pose, rather that each pose is able to be adjusted to perfectly fit you.

Cancellation Policy

Yoga classes- Teachers are paid based on your attendance. You may change your reservation by logging into the Wix App or our Website Members Page up to 2 hours prior the start of the class. Afterwards you will lose your paid reservation. If you arrive late for a yoga class admittance is up to the instructor. Disruption could be detrimental to the flow or progress of the class. Please be considerate and be early. We look forward to working with you to further benefit your well being!
