Service Description

This class welcomes yogis of all levels who have or desire a consistent practice. The vinyasa-based sequence guides you through sun salutations and progressive asana variations. A variety of props are available to make postures accessible to you through floor work, standing, and balance postures. As you link breath to movement, you will explore personal limits and create body heat. Class ends with a relaxing savasana that nourishes and restores the body after its efforts.

Cancellation Policy

Yoga classes- Teachers are paid based on your attendance. You may change your reservation by logging into the Wix App or our Website Members Page up to 2 hours prior the start of the class. Afterwards you will lose your paid reservation. If you arrive late for a yoga class admittance is up to the instructor. Disruption could be detrimental to the flow or progress of the class. Please be considerate and be early. We look forward to working with you to further benefit your well being!
