Service Description

This class is usually an unexpected work out!! This is not "senior chair yoga" or "sit and stretch". The instructor takes great care to guide you and keep you safe. BUT you are responsible for listening to your body and not be afraid to take breaks . Please expect to laugh, find friends and feel silly at times. What to expect: A slow paced yoga practice that includes the use of a chair. There will be seated and standing poses. The chair will be used to help your balance or when standing becomes to straining to sit in. The practice will also include stretches for the arms, legs, side body pretty much everything. Breathwork and quiet reflection are offered too. You will not be required to get on the floor. Goal- get stronger, more flexilble, enjoy an hour of time for yourself, and find more balance physically and emotionally. Please remember your mat. Be aware your mat that may get indents from the chair. A chair will be provided. Wear comfortable loose fitting closes. Shoes during class are not required. A sweat towel and water may benefit you too. As always check with your doctor before doing any physical exercise. If you purchase a Chair Yoga Package of sessions. Remember to book the dates you want to attend. Purchasing the package doesn't automatically put you in the classes. Thanks!

Cancellation Policy

Yoga classes- Teachers are paid based on your attendance. You may change your reservation by logging into Wix App or our Website up to 2 hours prior to start of the class. Afterwards you will loose your paid reservation. No shows or cancellation less than 24 hours for yoga classes, special events, workshops, training and bodywork appointments may result in loss of the deposit or full payment. This reservation is for you and the journey that you are on. We take deep pride in providing a professional and sincere experience. Please honor this reservation and understand the teacher and therapists livelihood comes from offering their services. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for a bodywork session. The session may be shortened in order to accommodate the next appointment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to the contracted massage therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you arrive late for a yoga class, special event class, training or workshop. Admittance is up to the instructor. Disruption could be detrimental to the flow or progress of the session. Please be considerate and be early. We look forward to working with you to further benefit your well being!
