Breathwork Meditation Class- In Studio

Service Description

This 4 week series will explore 4 different breathing techniques: simple breath awareness (prana citta)and a gentle touch to guide it, full yogic breath (dirgha pranayama), and breath retention (viloma and kumbahka pranayamas). Progressing in this way you will gradually expand your proficiency of each practice at your own comfort level and at the degree most available to you. After the pranayama practice time will be spent in meditation to aid in the embodiment of your experience. Each class finishes in a short savasana to give you time to savor the sweetness you cultivated. Each class is 30 minutes long, and each week's classes will be the similar material. The repeative classes help your retention to allow you to practice on your own. Drop into one class or as many classes you would like. Instructed by Krissy Matthew in studio and streamed online if you want to stream online use the streaming option when booking. Drop in is $15 Package of 4 is $52 available before the program starts
