Karen is a professional caregiver and educator who practices hatha and vinyasa yoga styles since young adulthood. Karen is a certified Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). She also holds a 90-hour certification in Restorative Yoga (RYTT) from Jillian Pransky, yoga therapist and book author of Deep Listening.
Karen offers a safe practice rooted in yogic philosophy for all who join her on the mat. Creative combinations made with enthusiasm and passion fuse hatha and/or vinyasa flow with restorative movements, yielding an optimal self-care experience that will ground and nourish the body.
When off the mat, Karen enjoys daily walks with her fur babies, daily yoga practice, and cheering her kids in their athletic and performance activities with her husband.
