Yoga in the Great Outdoors

Join me for a walk through beautiful Graver Arboretum. We will stroll the grounds on the groomed walking trails and then pause for a yoga practice among the trees.

The arboretum is located at 1581 Bushkill Center Road in Bath, PA.

Please park in the gravel lot located behind the barn and I will meet you there.

Please bring your yoga mat and any props you like to use. I like to bring a beach towel when I practice outside to put under my mat. Helps to keep it clean.

Layer up so as you warm up you can be comfortable during your practice. 

 It can be buggy, so you might want to bring bug spray. There is a porta-potty on the property.
