Join Kula Heart for a special yoga practice to mark the shortest day of the year, the official start to winter and set an intention for the season to come. Kathy will provide a sound bath while Karen will guide you through a restorative yoga practice. Together the sound and stillness will rejuvenate your soul.

Bring your mat and layer your clothes. You may bring your own blankets, bolsters, and/or blocks but we can supply them all. Eye pillow and water are optional.
