Our Wellness Experience invites you to begin the day grounded and present, blending gentle movement and sound in a setting designed to bring you fully into the moment.
Wellness here is both physical and emotional, guided by intention, breath, and connection to self.
The experience begins with a guided yoga practice, followed by a calming sound bath & breath work that encourages deep rest and balance. At the conclusion, raise a glass at the Mimosa Bar, featuring seasonal fresh flavors to complete your morning.
