Event: Summer Solstice

The Summer Solstice has historically been an important date for many cultures across the globe. A day when light prevails over darkness, it is a wonderful time to reset our intentions for the coming season, tap into the sun’s energy and vitality, and brighten our minds and hearts. 

We will celebrate the fire element by moving mindfully through a fiery flow practice guided by cooling pranayama (breathwork). Our yoga practice will be harmonized to celebrate the welcoming of summer.

Students should be able to easily transition to and from the floor. Yoga experience is helpful but not required.
