Join us for 75 minutes of deep relaxation, guided breathwork, and immersive sound healing designed to quiet the mind and restore the body.
This gentle, all-levels experience begins with intentional breathwork to help you settle into the present moment, followed by a soundbath using singing bowls, chimes, and resonant instruments that wash over you in soothing waves.
No experience necessary — just bring yourself, a mat or blanket, and an open heart.
