About the event
Join Wendy the third Thursday of each month for a 1.5 hour Restorative Yoga class. These restorative classes will reduce stress, calm the mind, and introduce you to guided meditation. We will hold gentle poses with the goal of relaxing the body at a deep level. There will be no standing poses. All are welcome.
Bring the following props: 2 Blocks, blanket, and if you want a bolster too.
and you may want to bring a water and eye pillow
