About the event
Ahhhhhh … it’s time to rest and regroup. Join Wendy on the first Friday evening of every month to relax and restore. We’ll dim the lights, breathe, listen to beautiful music, and let go of tension. Please note that during this time of Covid you must bring your own blanket and bolster. If you’d prefer, you can relax on your mat without props. Enjoy the experience of yoga at its most healing.
Journey spaces are 6 feet apart. Please wear your mask during class. Thank you.
