Kula Shiksha/Community Study Group -

Kula Shiksha-In Sanskrit, Kula means "community" and Shiksha means "lesson or learning". Let's explore the Ancient Yoga Root philosophies and learn together--no mat required! 

This informal class will mirror a community book club format. We will ease our way into a comfortable asana (seat) through breath and stillness. Then we can share a reading from one of the Ancient Yoga Root philosophies (e.g.-Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism) and discuss our interpretations.
