Frozen Light: Working with Crystals

Amethyst, citrine, clear quartz… crystals come in a dazzling array of colors, sizes and shapes. But it can be difficult to know where to start as a beginner to crystals, or how to use them. 

This workshop is designed to demystify working with these colorful gemstones, from enhancing meditation and healing practices, to tapping into creative and physical energy. 

We’ll look at the science behind how crystals are formed, 

their use in different spiritual traditions 

and choosing the right crystals for you. 

The workshop will include a short mindfulness session. 

Participants will make their own crystal bracelet to take home!
