About the event
Dive into the ancient wisdom of the chakras, the seven spheres of energy that reside in each one of us. When these energy centers are open and balanced there is more harmony and peace in our mind and body.
Two Options to Enjoy the 8 Week Chakra Series
Recordings Only Series- $79
Each week a pre-recorded class teaching you about the Chakra's will be emailed to you. During the next week take advantage of learning and repeating the video as often as you like. Each week you will experience an amazing practice dedicated to a specific chakra including a combination of yoga (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation and journaling to explore each chakra in detail. The eighth class will be a yoga practice that combines all seven chakras and students will leave with knowledge and understanding of this ancient system and practical applications for daily living. The recording will be sent to you prior to 8am each Wednesday.
In-Person Series- $150
Each week we will use a combination of yoga (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation and journaling to explore each chakra in detail. Our eighth class will be a yoga practice that combines all seven chakras and students will leave with knowledge and understanding of this ancient system and practical applications for daily living.
Essential oils will also be used.
Some yoga experience is suggested. Students should be able to transition to and from the floor without assistance.
****YOU will have the opportunity to enjoy a pre-recorded class at your convenience each week. Whether you need to skip a week or if you would like to practice what you learned. The recording will be available by 8am each Wednesday for the next 7 days. Enjoy the recording while on vacation or at your convenience.*****
