We are 70-80 % water and are constantly in motion, vibrating beings. The vibration of sound instruments sends a positive energy and frequency beneficial to our bodies.

Why does it work you may ask?
Our nervous system is overstimulated with....take a guess. LIFE. Cell phones, constant data pouring into our brains, never ending to do lists, aggressive driving, caregiving and so much more. It takes A LOT to move into a state of healing and rest (parasympathetic nervous system). Then add if you are not getting enough sleep. YIKES!
