About the event

Join Gina Galli, E-RYT 200, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach as she shares essential insights into building bone strength through yoga and complementary modalities. Drawing from the expertise of Dr. Susan Brown, Dr. Loren Fishman, and Sara Meeks P.T., M.S., G.C.S., K.Y.T.

  • This workshop is designed for individuals with bone health conditions like Osteoporosis or Osteopenia or at risk for a bone health condition or anyone interested in maintaining a strong and healthy body as we age.
  • Gina will share with you modifications to many yoga postures to create safety and confidence in your yoga practice. There will be an emphasis on alignment, balance, and postures to protect bones and prevent fractures.
  • Gina then will guide you through a yoga practice focusing on postures that strengthen muscles and impact bone density.

This program is open to EVERYONE!!!!

If you can not get on the floor, modifications using a chair will be offered.  Yoga students, teachers  and no yoga experience students are welcome to take this program!!!
