Welcome to the Free Meditation Challenge! A consistent meditation practice can reduce stress, help you find emotional balance, reduce anxiety, and increase memory (along with MANY other benefits)! For the month of February, join us in meditating for ten minutes a day! Ten minutes. That’s it. How it works: 1) Join the challenge and we will send you a meditation log so you can record your time each day 2) Watch the Intro to Meditation video on the website prior to beginning 3) Option to join us for a virtual, live guided meditation each week on Mondays at 8pm 4) At the end of the month show us your completed log and be entered to win a prize raffle.
