Service Description

May use Pricing plan/Subscription. Currently meets 1 time per month. The overall intent of this class is relaxation, and the journey to this end will take on many forms, but the frame that shapes the way the practice flows is this... There will be time for movement, gentle and at times slowly flowing, but only enough to allow for a deeper fuller release as the practice shifts into the passive restorative poses. Incorporated into the physical movements will be the breath, cultivated through our own awareness (prana citta) and through specific breathing techniques (pranayama). At the end of all the poses, both active and passive, a short guided meditation will segue seamlessly into savasana, where all the work you've done sinks in and becomes a part of you- yoga not just as something that you do, but a valuable part of who you are. Instructor:  Krissy Matthew Props recommended but offered if you don't have your own: Mat 2 Blocks Strap Bolster Yoga Blanket Eye pillow(optional) What to wear: Layers Flexible workout clothing Sweatshirt or zipper jacket Additional blanket for savasana (optional) Remember: Water Arrive 10 minutes early to set up your space.

Cancellation Policy

Yoga classes- Teachers are paid based on your attendance. You may change your reservation by logging into Wix App or our Website up to 2 hours prior to start of the class. Afterwards you will loose your paid reservation. No shows or cancellation less than 24 hours for yoga classes, special events, workshops, training and bodywork appointments may result in loss of the deposit or full payment. This reservation is for you and the journey that you are on. We take deep pride in providing a professional and sincere experience. Please honor this reservation and understand the teacher and therapists livelihood comes from offering their services. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for a bodywork session. The session may be shortened in order to accommodate the next appointment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to the contracted massage therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you arrive late for a yoga class, special event class, training or workshop. Admittance is up to the instructor. Disruption could be detrimental to the flow or progress of the session. Please be considerate and be early. We look forward to working with you to further benefit your well being!
