KH Desk Working Friends
Groups Activity: Last 30 Days
Welcome to the group that cares about your posture, your mind and health! This group will offer advice on the benefits of good posture, explain why you need to walk away from your desk, and some simple yoga poses or massage techniques to help you make it through the day.
Please ask questions or use the offered tools to help you stay mindful of why are you working so hard and are you working that hard at your health??
Give it to yourself to walk away or incorporate movement right at your desk. Your focus and motivation are more likely to come back. Rather than that feeling of desperation to get the work load done.
Simple movements to the body can help circulation to stiff areas, help eliminate toxic build up in your lower legs from sitting or standing too long, and improve your mood by increasing endorphins.
Welcome to the Group that Cares to keep you moving while you are at Work! Consider a Private Yoga Lesson to build your open stretching routine.
