Class will be held on Zoom.
No experience required and just about anyone can do it.
This series will start with the basics.
How and why you sit.
What is the purpose of meditation.
When to meditate.
Learn how to breathe and why it's important.
How do you turn off the mind.
My goal is for you to walk away with the tools to start your on meditation practice. Simply and not time consuming. Quieting the mind helps you focus and find clarity to conquer that daily stress.
The program will be held in the evening to help support so many people that only have that hour or less of down time before starting the next day again. If you are tired of overindulging each evening on food, booze or late hours of work. I personally recommend you try something new.
