Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor
Beth has been practicing yoga since 2004. A 2016 graduate of the 200-hour Ashaya Yoga® teacher training program. She loves yoga for many reasons, but mainly because it ignites her passion to be alive and grow. No matter what is happening emotionally or physically, the practice of yoga can be tailored to the needs of each individual through modifications and honoring the innate wisdom that exists inside everyone. Yoga is truly a "come as you are" practice. We all begin at different places. The only requirements are to show up, breathe, listen to your body, have fun and notice how amazing you feel after class.
Beth is grateful to have a supportive husband and 3 adult "children" who aren't afraid to challenge her even as they love and accept her. Her patient and gracious parents are a reminder to live life to its fullest. Beth works part-time as a registered nurse in a busy OBGYN clinic, which is as challenging as it is fulfilling.
